Contest Rules
1. Submit two copies of an original
work in English.
2. Submit one completed registration form signed by you and
your parent.
3. All submissions must include a word count, excluding the
registration form.
4. Entries must be neatly printed or typed, double-spaced with
a one-inch margin on all sides of the page. If we cannot read
it the submission will be disqualified.
5. You must staple and attach the one registration form to
your completed essay or poem. Remember to include two copies
of your essay or poem.
6. You must include your name, home address and phone number,
and an e-mail address if you have one, and the name and
address of your school and/or sponsor. You and your parent
must sign this form.
7. E-MAILED OR FAXED APPLICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!
8. Do not place your name or your school's name on any of the
pages of the essay or poem.
9. Your essay or poem will be disqualified if it does not meet
the requirements or is postmarked after the submission date of
March 1, 2008.
